I should say that it is very hard to make up one’s mind what profession is the best. Each profession is good in its own and it is for man to decide which one is the best for him/her. One day my brother John felt that would like to become an engineer. However, the next day feels that probably he will study business management. Then he becomes a fan of physics, chemistry and biology. Perhaps he likes astrophysics, he doesn’t know yet. And sometimes he dreams to study medicine in college. At this very moment he is crazy about physics – he is working so hard that he sleeps very little at night. John even takes private lessons from his friend Nickolas. The latter is also a fan about physics and the friends spend much time in the school laboratory. John respects his father’s attitude towards him and he is very grateful that his father doesn’t force him to become a doctor too. Very often parents decide what careers their children will choose – both their sons and daughters. Fathers want their sons to follow their steps and help them in work. It has happened with our neighbor Mitchel his parents appeared to have a different point of view about their son’s career. They refused to pay his son’s education if he didn’t study accounting. They eagerly wanted him to become an accountant so he could help in the family business. But Mitchel hates mathematics; he wants to be a commercial artist - he is a real fan of art. At the present time he is taking special art lessons in the evening and besides working in the graphics studio of an advertising agency. I could add that everything depends on circumstances: sometimes boys need to take parents’ advice in order to succeed in their career. They just don’t know about it.
